Thanks for the links Bullet, seeing that a dev noticed it gives me hope that this might get fixed. Yeah lots of streamers have this issue, but not as often as me tho.
Also unpopular opinion but I think this is a huge reason why players are leaving because I know it completely destroys any will to play. I don't believe that suddenly the game got so boring that people are leaving.

Veneta from that X link states the issue is known as EMI input delay but I still disagree with ‘electromagnetic interference’ because the problem was born with an Apex update for many people (S17) & has been fixed in the past after patches/updates. I first noticed the problem in S11, as you all know.
skykll21 also proved it can be activated or deactivated by changing resolution, fps, fov, power settings, ip etc.
