I returned to Apex this week.
Did some training in the firing range, 1v1’d Spectre (PS5), then ran some games with him in Mixtape. The issues remain.
Late last night I returned to test how it was solo (off peak) & unfortunately nothing had improved.
Here are some gameplay clips showing that I still face the same problems discussed on the old forum thread.
Clip 1:
Octane is 24 health, me 140. I need to hit 2 bullets here. Octane ‘desyncs’ out from cover (has already moved out & shot me before it even registers on my side), I dispatch 4 bullets which do no dmg & I’m instaMelted. This delay I’m under requires super human reaction response, but I’m not Clark Kent 🦸♂️

Clip 2:
Desync again & bullets not registering due to the ‘competitive integrity destroying’ delay. Where do my 11 bullets [19 -> 8] go, where’s the dmg? Opponent was 93 health when I began shooting those 11 bullets.
Clip 3:
1v1 in the firing range against SpectreVanitas & AimResist™️ joined the chat. I’ve provided so many in-game clips of this in the past. Quickly switching to hipfire & back to try reacquire target is fruitless, I cannot track whatsoever in these situations. skykll21
I am now consistently (not intermittently) at a half a second disadvantage or more in every game, every fight - against opponents of all levels. Oddworld94

3-3 linear in all gameplay, not my custom ALC’s. Using a GameSir G7 SE because my Microsoft Elite 2 controller feels terrible this season 💩
Dead-slides & ‘dead-walk/runs’ (slowing down like I’m being shot or going through thick mud) is still frequent on Xbox. It completely stunts momentum when trying to attack + move from cover to cover in various situations, most often leads to being eliminated.
SpectreVanitas If it wasn’t apparent already from the tons of clips & full gameplay videos I posted on the old forum thread, this is the reason I barely played Apex in 2024 & 2025.
