Aim assist only works sometimes

I probably said I was going to do something or send something and then I forgot but I just wanted to say that I will keep an eye out on said rumors about "apex 2.0". I don't know if they've already been debunked or not since I haven't kept up with apex news but I remember hearing about it happening after battlefield 6 drops which has just happened. when I heard that issue about input delay being resolved with high hz controllers and high core cpus. I thought that would have helped but it didnt. but I should have remembered that I get it on mouse and keyboard too and they arent even overclocked so that doesn't make sense. I still have leading suspicion about the 5800x3d cpu having input delay. most games i dont feel like i have input delay but recently ive felt that Rainbow six siege feels like it does for me on mnk. as it feels different on different aspect ratios every day and i have to change it. but its not nearly as bad as apexs and theirs usually always an aspect ratio that works, whether its 4:3, 16:9 or 16:10 or something. Im simply unemployed though so i cant get a new cpu to test. id have to sell my old 3600, i could even maybe sell my laptop, or my current cpu but thats a lot of work.
