Try to talk more nicely, also don't expect a fix soon since we have been in this since 3 years or so. There was an old topic full of our posts and proofs regarding this issue but it's gone for some reason.
Also in your video, you need to be strafing right or left to feel that the Aim Assist is triggering, standing still won't trigger it.
