Yea it was temp as I thought, unfortunately we can't get out of this nightmare since so long. And yes Oddworld94 I spotted some people complaining on Twitter about damage registration is happening a second later and that there's something wrong.

Still here, but I have zero new updates for this I'm afraid. This has not been something we've been able to consistently replicate in the past to the same degree as many of you, and hearing it's already regressed within a couple days for you is definitely pretty disappointing.
I've seen the recent posts linking this to hitreg or input delay issues as well, though to what degree that may be related to the same root cause I couldn't say at this point.
There are constant changes happening on the back end whether to adjust the game itself or improve our ability to get more relevant and specific data for certain types of issues like this. Not always related to Aim Assist, but it's definitely useful to hear when things seemed to be working better for you and when they changed back.
If we do get any other information to share or requests from the team for particular details we'll be sure to update.

- Buy an Xbox - doesn’t matter which, they all 🚮
- Play consistently every day, or every 2nd day for a couple of hours, throughout an entire Season (patches & updates)
- If you really want to punish yourself use an Xbox controller
