And yes, one of the symptoms is the bad hit reg, I used to report it since the old topic as "Feeling like I'm shooting ghosts /enemies are eating my bullets without getting damaged by them " and not to forget the aim resist thing. Both issues happens on both mnk & controller.
I have never seen any footage better than the one a user once posted before in the old topic, his ID was pcty(numbers )

The first half of the video is season 21 for him where he plays 100% fine and beaming everyone, until we reaches 0:35 (in season 22) where the game breaks for him. Also if you check his channel you'll find a video mentioning that the game is fixed for him but still bad for us here.
