skykll21 I haven't been on Apex for a few days but i've done multiple long firing range sessions testing a variety of settings. Capped vs uncapped, g-sync on vs g-sync off fixed refresh, steam cap vs rtss cap (haven't tried driver cap yet).
Had the same NVCP options set that work for you but in my last test i tried the gpu scaling option exactly how you did but with an rtss cap instead of steam.
While i don't have the aim resist interference problem at all like i used to, my aim recoil control was not as consistent when set to gpu in nvcp & with rtss cap - I felt a slight input lag & my accuracy dropped by a few % Vs my prior settings.
With Rtss my frametime was static @ 3ms so i was surprised - Could def be the gpu setting not the cap tho.
