Animation cancel

Healing the instantly switching between 2 different weapons cancels a LOT of animations it really shouldn't. It allows for double pumping again (even after the patch) and like I said cancelling a lot of animations like alter's tactical, wraith's end of phase, and catalyst's ult for example (and a lot more).
