I did all this, and still getting this error..

Check System Files
Perform a Clean Boot
Disable Windows Defender / Antivirus
Close Conflicting Background Processes (TrayMenu.exe, DS4Windows, AutoHotkey, Vanguard)
Update / Reinstall Drivers
Update DirectX
Update Visual C++ Redistributable
Repair Easy Anti-Cheat
Create a New Windows User Account
Reinstall Apex Legends
Verify Apex Files (in Steam, File Verification)
