Apex in game name different than Xbox Name

MY Apex account is displaying my Boyfriends account information on the main screen and in games.

it should display Muddie Mudd but it is displaying :”BSOWDER”,”realNAME”:”

I have restarted the Xbox, WiFi, exited the game multiple times. My boyfriend has not played on my account so I am unsure why his Xbox information is getting populated.

    Hey there. Let's try a power cycle of your modem/router and console. Please follow these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
