Apex Legends adds en-US keyboard layout

When launching Apex Legends, the en-US keyboard layout is added and switched to, without showing up in Windows 11 language settings. The only way to get rid of it is to download the language pack and delete it again, and this has to be done every time Apex is launched. Please fix...
