Apex legends crashing pn ps5

Re-installed apex legends on ps5 3 weeks ago and all i keep getting is your playstation has encountered an error...

Also everytime i load back up after my game has crashed it then says that i am not permitted to play online...

The game has been out for years and this shouldn't even be happening, is there a possible fix?
