apex legends keybinds reset bug

sometimes when i go into the game the same animation starts as if the new season launched when i go into a game the game tells me i have no keybinds to anything i cant even walk all my keybinds are blank  and this bug comes out every month or so its really annoying bieng forced to change every keybind back how it used to be
