Apex packs disappear when opened all at once

I've moved your post over to this thread where we're tracking the situation. 

Fortunately you've not lost your content from these packs, but the issue is the notifications themselves do not appear when this happens. You would need to just check each section to see which items are new without that notification, I'm afraid.
