Apex Ui glitch

Hi i have a glitch i bought the horizon spotlight pass and completed the challenges i haven’t been able to open most of the packs from it including the weapon skin and the horizon skin this is due to the ui glitch saying -9999 for my coins ,crafting metals and legend coins. I also cannot enter my legend tab the apex store the event and all the top tabs. after i finished and won a ranked game i had the glitches fixed but none of the packs where there so while i had gaining my packs on the glitch nothing was actually coming to me i now have 0 pack even thought i opened none of them i spent real money on this please resolve this issue.
