Ballistic Ult / charge rifle interaction

when ulting with ballistic while having charge rifle in your sling, you can now hold the charge rifle and it will continuously fire without cooling down. If you hold the rifle in your hands before ult ends, this property will be applied permanently (video demonstration in attachment).
