Bloodhound scan not working from time to time

The clip might not be the best example, but BH scan often does not scan people, even when they should be in range. Most often vertically. But I also had cases when I see nobody on scan, and a second later a guy is 5 meters away fron me and shooting, right after scan, and he could not have gotten there that fast if he was outside the range, I'm pretty sure (no axle pads or anything heard). Doesn't seem to be visual, as my team also sees no one scanned. In the clip though, the team is right above me and they dont get scanned.
