If i ping something in inventory now after last update, character just says "There is a light arsenal here", for example if I ping in my inventory that I need light ammo.

This doesn't mean that you can't actually ping ammunition. In fact, you can, but the specifications are set to ping the armory afterwards, and because of the priority, only the latter half of the voice is played. You can see this by looking at the log. In other words, it's not a bug.
However, I'm not satisfied with this specification, so it should be fixed. Because even if you ping the armory, your allies aren't smart enough to go in that direction.
What the heck do you mean? Before when you clicked on ammo with middle mouse button (as I have) it said "I need light ammo". Now it just says "there is a light arsenal over there". So I cannot request ammo from my teammates anymore. It's superannoying
Maybe it makes a difference because you're not pinging ammo, you're pinging the weapon to request ammo, but then your logs will say "Ammo request -> ping armory", even though it doesn't make sense to ping the armory for an ammo request in the first place.
If you ask me what that means I'll just say it literally lol
