Crouch bug when sprinting and taking zip lines

When I’m sprinting I’m experiencing a crouch bug like I’m crab walking constantly crouch sliding when I’m not even pressing the crouch button and also when I take the zip lines it would get me off the zipline which is unplayable sometimes brings me off the map and gets me killed  it’s really unpredictable and I don’t know when it will happen game is unplayable
