Death Boxes Teleporting

When finishing a kill next to a wall, death boxes can teleport through walls, sometimes making the loot impossible to grab quickly. This has killed me at least twice today alone by teleporting my armour swap through a wall mid fight. This most commonly happens next to buildings, teleporting through a nearby wall.
