EA Support Refuses To Contact and This is Unacceptable
I contacted EA support because of missing content issues and they refused me to get help from an advisor. They sent me an email about my case with the words: "...
If you want to continue your case through live chat, follow these steps.
- Sign in to your EA Account.
- Go to my cases
- Select your existing case from the list, then choose Resume Case."
After pressing "Resume" I can see only the recommended option to read the article and there's no "live chat" button or form. And if I do not contact them my case will be closed soon.
This is unacceptable considering the amount of money I regularly pay to EA purchasing skins etc. So, I should have an option to speak with a real person from the support team.
My case was about:
"The second time I don't get all the 10 items from the legends themed packs" - the problem was I didn't get all 10 items from the current Caustic themed collection and previous Ash themed collection. I have screenshots and video of the bug in the Apex store. I paid for the service and I want my items. I don't care if there are any threads about this on forums etc, I want some alive, not a bot, advisor to contact me. In the game with such expensive store items they must speak with their customers.
Soon they will just close my case as nothing happened. Unacceptable.
