FOUNDATION ERROR CODE 4001

Every time I load up Apex I am hit with this code. Then upon clicking A to proceed I am brought to this second page saying “we can’t connect you to the service you need right now. HTTP 404 error. Not sure what the problem is. I have **bleep** my console, router, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Only to be hit with the same error. It’s been doing this since Friday morning. Please someone help.
