Free Gundam Event Pack Missing – Stuck One Pull Away from Event Reward

I would like to report a bug in Apex Legends.

I only need one more pull to get the Gundam beam saber. This week, the reward shop was supposed to refresh with a free event pack. However, when I checked in my account, there was no free event pull available — only an Epic pack was shown.

I also logged in using my friend’s account on the same device, and his account does have the Gundam event pack available. But on my account, it does not appear at all.

Could you please check why this is happening?
