Fuse Knuckle Cluster Nerf? - Can't find it in the previous patch notes.

Just came back from a 6 month break from Apex and couldn't help but notice I can almost never stick knuckle clusters now. I see zero mentions in the patch notes related to fuses knuckle cluster for the past 6+ months.

Am I blind???
