Greetings folks,
I came here to report a quite annoying bug that messes with my G7 Scout skins.
In a nutshell, every time I launch the game, the skin selection for my G7 Scout resets to "Factory Issue".
This happened when I came back to Apex a month ago (haven't played since around Season 12/13).
I was playing on PC back then (started in Season 7), but learned that there was cross-progression enabled and so I logged in on my Xbox Series X to try it out and now I play between both platforms.
Not sure if the bug started when I linked my EA account to Xbox, but soon after I began to notice the default factory skin when I was grabbing the G7.
When setting back "Random Favorite" everything works as intended and the skins rotate during the play sessions. The issue then comes again when I close the game and login later during the day/evening.
The same happens if I try to set a specific skin, instead of a Random Favorite one.
Also, this happens both on my PC (via EA App or Steam) and my Xbox. So I believe that it can be an account-related bug.

It is truly appreciated.
I looked at the post you shared with me and then the skin name, confirming that it was one of the skins I had on my favorite list.
If I'm not wrong, that was the skin from the Season 7 collection event.
Since the skin was removed due to the bug I am not able to manually remove it at this time, but I am now more relieved to know it's not something related to my account, nor the cross-progression between my PC and Xbox.
Thank you so much again, and yeah, I'll keep an eye on the G7 in my inventory and hopefully when the Attrition skin returns, the issue will be fixed.
