Game crashes when I finish a match

Soon as the game ends I press square to go back to lobby my game crashes. Happens every time I go back to the lobby. I have to start the game up again and I get into a match and every time I finish the match I go back to lobby and it just tells me something went wrong with my game and gives me an error code and I just do the same thing over and over.
