Getting knocked while exiting Wild Card Replicator puts you in a glitched state

I got knocked immediately after selecting a Wild Card from a Replicator. I was forced out of the Replicator and my selected Wild Card was not applied, but my view while downed was as if I was still standing.
After respawning, when I tried to use the same Replicator again, I was locked into an empty Replicator screen and could not exit by pressing any buttons. I was only able to continue playing the match when the ring downed me and forced me out of the Replicator again where I was able to self-revive and move to safety.
I don't know if the glitch would persist as I avoided using Replicators for the rest of the match. If it does, this glitch could render Replicators unusable for the rest of the match, and possibly the session.
