I would like to report a possible issue with my Apex Pack counter in Apex Legends.
My account is currently level 413. I have been actively playing for around 6 seasons, purchased multiple Battle Passes (about 4), participated in events, and also spent money on Apex Packs.
Based on my calculations, I believe I may have opened close to or over 500 Apex Packs, but I have not received Heirloom Shards.
I am aware that there is a guaranteed Heirloom Shards drop within 500 packs. I have also seen reports of issues where players did not receive their guaranteed shards due to bugs, and some accounts were compensated.
Could you please review my account and verify:
- the total number of Apex Packs opened
- whether I have reached the 500-pack threshold
- and if there may be any issue with my Heirloom drop
If there is a problem, I would appreciate any assistance or correction.
