Human-controlled squads still appear in Bot Royale despite their removal.

It seems this has already been discussed and acknowledged on other platforms, but since it hadn't been brought up here yet, I decided to start a thread to document it. (I don't really check Reddit—it's not very big in Japan—and I always seem to lose the URL for the bug fix progress tracker anyway.)

The moment I wrote this down, the matchmaking started acting up—almost like it was doing it out of spite. I’ve played a few matches now; that was the third one. Just a moment ago, a teammate got isolated, forcing us into a 2v3 situation, and we simply lost.

hey!  Look, EA did this on purpose. I think it was a completely unnecessary move. I’ve put over 100 hours into "Bot Royale" by now (or so it feels—maybe it’s 50, haha), and PvP is one of the most unnecessary elements of the whole thing. I’ve got no choice but to send this as feedback.

So yes, there are other teams in the mode still.

So, this is an "intended change," not a bug. I could mark it as resolved, but it doesn't address the root cause, which makes it a bit of a dilemma. Still, since it isn't a bug, I’ve rewritten my feedback to reflect that.
