I was on the live chat with EA and got signposted here to report the bug.
I was hacked and banned a few months ago and since getting my account back and being unbanned I now try to go into a game and in the bottom left where it says “matchmaking” underneath says “1 players in Queue” and does this until it disconnects me.
I have tried changing from crossplay to PS only, I have tried all the troubleshooting I can find, I have restored the license numerous times, I have changed the server numerous times nothing works
