Issue with Battle Pass Purchase Incorrect Version Received

I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase on the EA App.
Today, I purchased the Apex Legends Ultimate Battle Pass, but my invoice incorrectly indicates that I purchased the Ultimate Plus Battle Pass. Furthermore, in-game, I only received the skins associated with the Ultimate Plus Battle Pass instead of what I intended to purchase.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or adjusting my account to reflect the correct purchase?
