Laptop does not turn off after playing Apex Legends

Not sure if it is only with my specific device, but if during the day i have played apex legends, when i turn off my laptop on windows, the screen turns black, but the laptop itself still runs (fans and lights are on) forever, unless i hold phisical turn off button on laptop.
It does not happen with any other steam game.
I'm no expert, but could it be connected with shader compiling, like it never stops compiling shaders in the background?
