After the most recent EAC update, my game completely freezes about 10 minutes into every match. The screen locks up and I have to force restart my PC. My CPU is an AMD R9 7945. This issue only started after the EAC update, and other AMD users are reporting similar problems.
I have the exact same problem , my laptop is also a lenovo legion pro 5 ( r9 7945HX + rtx 4070 ). I did a clean install of windows 11 but the problem remains !

+1 Same for me after the Aug 20 update. Apex will make the entire PC freeze and I cannot even open task mgr. I am on AMD 7945HX+RTX 4060.

My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX. Full‑system total freeze, no BSOD, only Kernel‑Power 41 in Event Viewer. All hotkeys and task manager stop working, only force power‑off works. Other games such as CS2 run perfectly stable.

I have a desktop PC with an R5 7500F + RTX 4060. While playing ranked trios‑qualifier matches in a battle‑royale game, my PC suddenly blue‑screens and restarts mid‑game. I’ve ruled out CPU issues and it passed stress tests. But why does it never blue‑screen when I play team deathmatch? Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve already tried all the solutions listed below, none worked. Also, my Windows 10 system has never been updated.
