Lobby greyed out

I bought and completed the Wattson spotlight pass and the game only lets me join matches, nothing else. I also lost the legendary lmg pack and the wattson skin pack.

I guess this is what we get for spending money on a game. I don't feel like playing at all when the game is like this.
