Logged Into My Account And My Skins And Progress Are Gone

so like in mid 2024 i was trying to get my main account that was on PlayStation 5 linked to my Pc because i have just gotten a pc and i wanted to play apex on pc with my main account so i contact  ea. support about it and the first time i did it it did not work and the 2nd time i did it the ea. worker told me i cant link my ps5 main account to my pc account because they stop doing that or they stop merging accounts or something like that so then i closed the chat and i just stop caring and it kind of just went over my head and i was playing other games and stuff so i wasn't worried about apex and then that's when today i got on  my ps5 and download apex back and log and get on the game and i don't have none off my skins my progress is gone and I'm level 1 so then i get on my pc and i download apex on there and i use the same email and password i used on my P5 and everything and i added the same steam i used to try to link my account to the p5 account months ago and when i load in on my pc its the same thing Level 1 no skins no progress no nothing and i had this same apex account since 2019 I'm a Og on apex i play the game since it came out so just imagine how much skins gun skins  and just stuff i have on that account that account is a Og and if i lose that I'm not sure I'm going to be able to start over i wont have nun off my Og stuff and i just overall don't have the time effort or consistency then i contact ea. and they told me to wait and they was going to see what they can do and they told me to post the problem here to see if anyone can help me while i wait on them to respond .
