Hello, i have previously linked my apex account from PS4 to EA and nothing have been merged to the steam account.
playing history :
PS4 -> steam -> PS5
playing the game since the first release, current account which is linked to steam and PS only have the steam account progress .
please support on this case and note that i only have this ea account

i used to play in PS4 from the game start and switched to PC before the Cross Progression was announced, when I switched I logged in with the same EA account i use in the PS4 so the EA account is linked with both platforms , then the Cross Progression was released and I followed the guidelines to merge the progress but till today the old progress is lost , how can i get the old account progress?
Fdwish Your Apex progress is stored on your EA Account, (not on PlayStation or on Steam), and while there is Cross Progression, there is no merging of accounts as that was only possible during the Cross Progression merge for platform accounts, (which was between October of 2023 and April of 2024).
Switching platform account links around now also won't transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress.
Its also not possible to transfer, (or merge), progress between two EA Accounts.
ApexYy0918 Your language is sadly not supported on the EA Forums, however after translating it, it seems that you are having issues with unlinking your platform account due to being unable to sign into the correct EA Account, and for that, you would need to contact EA Support:
