It seems you are currently using Bloodhound's prestige skin, which from what I understand, forces the prestige skin's finisher to be equipped.
Can you try switching to another Bloodhound skin and see if you're able to use the finisher associated with the Winter's Bane Mythic?
Yes I did try that, not working. it says i am just not even owning this finisher.
also i have octane new heirloom and as well as prestige skin, but i can change freely its finishers.
It's not that I can't select because of the prestige skin, the whole finisher has a lock on it says I am now owning it yet. Can you guys like manually grant me the finisher or somethig?
