Missing Over 2,000 Kills on Loba- Career Stats Don't Match Tracker

I recently noticed that my Loba kill tracker is missing over 2,000 kills that used to be there. My current career kills stat shows 18,663 total. Ive only played a few games on other legends- only around 4,477 of those kills are not on Loba. That means I should have roughly 14,000 kills on Loba, but the Loba-specific tracker no longer reflects that. EA support acknowledged this might be a bug and said it would be reported, but they couldn't offer any fix or restoration. I'm hoping this gets looked into more closely- it's very discouraging to lose progress on my main legend like this after grinding for years.
