We already did! Atleast most of here on this thread already did that. Is there any way that we could atleast expedite it to higher ups or something? It's crazy that they give us the same reason all the time!

yeah this is just terrible advice. start up a live chat only to get put with someone that cant help so they switch you to someone else that asks for all the proof and you give it to them to send to someone else that should be able to do something but than you get an email saying that there is no fix available, but if your a streamer and this happens to you, you magically get the items and 100 packs for free. GIVE ME MY **bleep** SKIN I PAID FOR
