Mouse unusable when Tabbing out of the game

So since the new season dropped i have been bugging out when i tab out of the game to spotify or discord and i cant use my mouse no more, i can walk with WASD normally but the mouse wont budge.
changing mode from full to borerless or window doesnt change anything.

i updated my Nvidia Drivers.
i restarted my pc.
i started the games over 20x maybe
my rig:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
Asus ROG Strix 4070 Super
32gb Ram
64x bit OP system
windows 10 pro
