My battle pass stops at level 60

Reactive is always level 60 continue leveling up badge to level 100. There is no badge progression after level 60! That’s never happening before! I checked patch notes and there was nothing there about this. I am on pc. My son is on ps5 and his also only shows BP maxing at level 60 - no badge progression after. Is this a bug? I can’t find any info and live chat didn’t know.
