My game crashing while playing a match

My game crashing while playing at the beginning or when ever it want to crash!I have already tried many thinks to solve the problem and still be patient ! Any update from apex legends about this crash and the reason for it!it’s so annoying I can’t even play any single match and it’s freaking me out cuz there’s no solution!pls help me
