Mythic Bin not spawning in

I experienced a game in which the Mythic Bin did not spawn in at the designated location. It seems clear to me that this is due to it selecting a bin that was right on the edge of zone 2 and was therefore not eligible for bin reset. Screenshots attached. Probably a 1 in a million edge case, but frustrating and obviously shouldn't happen.
