Never-ending accolades

Using the healing caustic gas perk causes the “medkit a day” accolade to indefinitely keep popping up on your accolade feed. This went on for the entirety of the match (10+ minutes). After a few minutes of it, it causes your game to stutter and freeze.

Edit: this is not just related to caustic. A majority of games this happens to someone in our squad.

Also, Compact accolade settings do not mute them as it says it should in the settings menu.
