NO APEX PACK 6TH ANNIVERSARY

Hi! I reached the 3.000 points for my pack of the 6th Apex Anniversary, and I ain't got the Apex Pack that guarantees something from the Anniversary...

In the first image you can see i got the pack, but in the second image you can see i have 0/36 things...

What can I do now?
