I've played multiple ranked games today where I didn't receive my points.
The points were showing on my summary but weren't added once I went back into the lobby.

Thanks for the information. Hopefully you'll fix that, because otherwise people would be disappointed.
I was thinking the same thing I'm gutted I know it's only 280 pts but I would of been nearly p2 if this didnt happen refusing to play again I spend so much on it just for it to take my points away never again.
What happens to the points we gained but never received?
Still not fixed, my game crashed just before the game was over. It had said around 200rp, reloaded the game summary said 174rp but I didn’t receive any
This has been the issue for seasons now, if not mistaken since they changed ranked system to the current model of placement + kills/assists*placement multiplier.
Stopped paying attention to that as soon as I noticed the bug, just playing game. Apex is broken af and if you care about all the bugs I guess you can spend days in forums reporting all of them over and over again and reading posts like EA_Mako posted above "we are working on it" :) They have been working on one thing and one thing only - monetization and micro-transactions. In other aspects of the game results are seen far and in between.
e.g. this split update had to update (make better) sound, all it did made it worse and now I hear guns like Flatline and G7 shots like they would come out of someone else's gun. Like how hard it is to test that before putting it out to production?! Sad story.
