Octane stim surge auto triggers
From what I can tell every action that requires the left hand to be used (healing, ultimate accelerants, throwing a pad, akimbo weapons, etc...) will auto trigger stim surge, meaning it'll go on cool...
Ideas
How to reproduce:
set FOV Ability Scaling to disabled
1. Play octane
2. Use Stim Surge ability
-> Camera FOV is scaled even though the setting should have disabled it.
For comparison, the base stim FOV is unscaled if FOV Ability Scaling is set to disabled.
