What’s a CM?
Thanks for tagging, and apologies for DMing. There’s been zero communication from EA.
It’s isolated to Sydney servers. Players with all different ISP’s. Consoles and PC’s. We can play fine without packet loss on other servers from Tokyo, Singapore and Oregon, but the latency is terrible.
I’ve followed EA’s steps to optimise the connection. Doesn’t work.

The only way to get rid of the packet loss, is by playing at 60hz, which is painful when used to playing at 120hz.
Given there’s no been no communication from EA, and it’s been over a month, we’re not sure how to escalate the matter.
