"Party not ready" apex legends

i dont know why but randomly every time i try to q into any game mode it says "party not ready" ea please help i want to play i have tried everything, restarted wifi, changed servers, verified the files, unistalled and reinstalled the game , restarted the pc like PLEASE help i dont cheat or do anything that ruins anybody elses experience.
