Prodigy Season Rank Reset Glitch

I went from Silver II  all the way down to Rookie 1.

Any assistance with this will be appreciated.

    Just replied to your post in the other thread, but I'll leave it here as well since that thread was for a separate situation. 🙂

    The rank reset this season works a bit differently, as it was based on your MMR (listed in the patch notes as your tracked skill value) and not just your rank last season. If your reset was different than expected, that may be causing the confusion. Feel free to check the patch notes for more details!
